JB Media Group, LLC, doing business as JBMedia Group ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the JBMedia website and business application. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you contact us, manage a campaign, review or sign a quote, or authorize a QuickBooks Online connection.

1. Information we collect

• Contact and account information: names, business email addresses, phone numbers, company names, billing addresses, account roles, and information submitted through forms or communications.
• Campaign and agreement information: advertising requirements, selected locations, services, pricing, quotes, agreements, and related communications.
• Electronic-signature evidence: the signer's name, typed or drawn signature, consent, acceptance time, IP address, browser information, and the version of the accepted agreement.
• Connected accounting information: QuickBooks company identifiers, company settings, customer and catalog records, tax information, invoices, balances, and payment-related records needed for the authorized integration.
• Technical information: request and security logs, IP addresses, browser information, session cookies, form retry identifiers, and delivery or processing records.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information through our contact forms.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage customer relationships and advertising campaigns, prepare and deliver quotes, record agreement acceptance, create and deliver authorized invoices, reconcile accounting activity, provide support, prevent duplicate transactions, protect our services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We may also send marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences.

3. QuickBooks Online access

An authorized administrator must connect the intended QuickBooks company through Intuit's authorization process. We use the granted access to support the connected business's customer, item, tax, invoice, and payment-reconciliation workflows. We do not ask for your Intuit password. The application stores authorization tokens encrypted on the server and does not use connected QuickBooks data for unrelated advertising or sell that data.

You can disconnect through the application's QuickBooks administration page or through Intuit's connected-app controls. Disconnecting ends authorized access; it does not automatically delete previously retained invoices, mappings, signed agreements, or accounting evidence. Intuit's own services are governed by Intuit's privacy statement and terms.

4. When we disclose information

We disclose information to authorized personnel and service providers as needed to operate the service. These include hosting and security providers such as Cloudflare, email delivery providers such as Resend, and Intuit when QuickBooks is connected. Website font and script providers may also receive technical information when your browser loads their resources. Providers process information under their applicable terms and policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information collected through the application or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies, browser storage, and private links

We use cookies and browser storage for functions such as staff authentication, preserving form retry identifiers, and protecting workflows. Security services may process technical information to identify bots or abuse. Blocking cookies or browser storage can affect these functions.

Quote-review links are private access links. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to view the associated agreement and, when eligible, sign it. Do not forward these links; contact us if one needs to be withdrawn.

6. Security and retention

Our application uses safeguards including HTTPS for production connections, role-based administrative access, and encryption of stored QuickBooks authorization tokens. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain agreement and accounting evidence, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and those obligations. Some signed and financial records must be retained even after a connection is revoked or a deletion request is received.

7. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding, and legal or recordkeeping requirements may limit a request. You may opt out of marketing messages using the instructions in those messages or by contacting us; necessary service and agreement communications may continue.

8. International processing and children

Our services and providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Contact us with questions about processing or your applicable rights.

The business application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be addressed.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law. This policy does not change the terms of an existing signed campaign agreement.
